We have lived in this House for 21 years and still love the approach up the tree-lined lane leading up to the property. Once the leaves are fully on the trees The Old Vicarage becomes very private and hidden. It gives the feeling of being out in the country and yet so close to the village of Ainsworth.

We like it so much we have decided to move into the house next door.

Ainsworth has a very good and popular primary school with both state and independent secondary schools nearby, including Bury Grammar and Bolton School.

Houses like ours are not built anymore which makes the property always sort after and unique. The property has another large room on floor two, which could be easily converted (currently storage space) to provide more accommodation.

LOCATION

From Bury/Bolton Road A58 take Bradley Fold Road signed posted to Ainsworth. At the end of this road turn left at the White Horse Pub on to Church Street and pass Ainsworth Village Post Office on the right. Take the next left on to Ainsworth Hall Road. After 30 metres you will see a tree lined lane leading up to the property signed The Old Vicarage.
